I am a lecturer in Organisation Studies at Cardiff University. This site is intended for use by academics and students interested in:
Teaching: lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Organisational Behaviour, Management of Change and Systems Design.
Research: Papers on the theory and practice of how identity is changed (or not) in response to cultural and social controls.
StayMobile: I am a non-executive director for a company which I set-up in 2004. This provides some background information on the fun and frollicks we've had.
Consultancy: I have worked as a change management consultant with several blue-chip companies and helped start-up several new companies.
